Bullfinch at home this evening

A Bullfinch or sometimes a pair visit my feeders here at Riddlesden regularly, in the early evening . I can almost set my watch by them.

More Timble Dragonflies

These pictures were taken at one of the forest pools today. Observed the Broad-bodied Chaser mating and subsequent egg laying. At least 3 newly emerged Four-spotted Chasers were at the same pool.

6 of these large Common Carp, 5kg+, between aqueduct and crossover bridge

Local Wood Pigeons tame compared to their rural cousins who get shot at.
