More mini beasts

I think this must be a Red-tailed bumble bee male
These caterpillars, about 1cm long, new hatched, were feeding on Oak leaves.
Bellow are the egg shells they must have hatched out of. Any know what they are.

Ducking and Diving

This brood of 14 Tufted Duck at Redcar Tarn today. I think it could be a creche as 2 weeks ago there were 2 broods of about 8 or 9.
